I’m Janell Armstrong, founder of Color Me in Seasons. I believe that color is more than style — it’s identity, confidence, and expression.

My own journey began when I couldn’t find clothes that felt like me. Tall frame, mismatched undertone, and no roadmap — I wandered store to store until I discovered the power of seasonal color analysis. The moment I stepped into my palette, I saw my eyes pop, my complexion come alive, and a version of myself I almost didn’t know existed.

That revelation led me to become mastery trained by the International Image Institute and to specialize in the 23-palette seasonal system. Today, I help women and men across DFW and beyond — even traveling to bring color analysis to groups and events — reclaim their visual voice.

In my work, you’ll get more than “good colors.” You’ll receive a personal color system, tools for everyday decisions (clothes, hair, makeup, accessories), and confidence to step into rooms boldly.

Outside of my work, I enjoy staying active and creative — whether it’s playing pickleball, mountain biking, exploring new destinations, or relaxing with a cup of tea and fresh ideas for the seasons ahead.
